Remove or reinstate the content based on the outcome of the review.
If the content is removed, the uploader may file a DMCA Counter-Notice if they believe the takedown was made in error.

EastTech Up reserves the right to:
Reject fraudulent, incomplete, or bad-faith notices.
Terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Take legal action against those who abuse the DMCA process.
